Zero (bad) surprise!

No commission fee to be paid if the research is not successful.

Charity purchase

We donate 1% of our mandate fee to charity to help people with inadequate housing.

1 . The mandate

How could we help you?

The first step is to get to know you and your project in detail. Ideally, we will first meet at your place, but it is not a requirement!

Next step will be to sign the agreement, the mandate to allow us to house hunt on your behalf.

2. Finding the right property

Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements, we will start the property search. We will select the properties that match your criteria. You will be informed at any stage of the process. Our goal is to save you time, money and worried waiting. And of course, find your dream house.

3. The completion

The appointment to the notary is set?

We review together the loan documents and paperwork. We also ensure the process runs smoothly with the notary.

D Day : We meet for this moment. You can rely on us all along, and even after if needed.
